Condos and Townhouses in Gainesville ~ Near UF

You will have a wonderful selection of condos and townhomes in Gainesville, FL. If your career or your studies are bringing you to the University of Florida or any of our hospital networks here in Gainesville, you may be curious as to the different types of lifestyle choices you will have here.

There are different types of communities, and you will just need to let me know which one fits your need best. The more I know about what “YOU” want, the better I am at finding you the right homes to review.

If you are a serious medical or law student, I assume the most important feature must be “Location”. And the second most importance will be “peace & quiet” in a community that is not full of loud, partying neighbors.

I hate to assume, but I think best that you will want a community that will take care of the grounds, lawn work, and full exterior maintenance on the buildings. That way, you don’t have to paint or worry about replacing the roof!

So many people think that Gainesville is a college town (which it is), yet we have a very large “serious student” population in Medical School, Residency Programs, Law School, Dental School, VET School, and many Master & PhD programs.

Best Time to BuyWhy be here for 3-4 years and waste your hard earned money on “RENT”??!!

Let me find you some “peace & quiet” for your lifestyle here in Gainesville. Please call me and we can discuss your needs, and I will get to work finding you a great place.

I want your transition to Gainesville to be smooth, let me be your Realtor in Gainesville!
